Yes, we are 16 weeks into our 2016 season, but it’s never too late to add new vendors who provide what customers ask for! So we are thrilled to announce several new arrivals:
Lime Kiln Farm, located in West Coxsackie NY, is a premium maker of goat cheese. Our market has been on the hunt for goat cheese for several years, so you can imagine how happy we (and the customers) are to have Lime Kiln join us today!Owners Alessandro and Brett have an amazing story that led them to being goat cheese producers, beginning with banking and insurance, taking them through farmhouses in Tuscany, to the Hudson Valley, to us. MORE new vendors:
As you know, we have one table near the front of the barn where the vendor schedule changes from week to week. Primarily, the space has been used by Taconic Trading Co (smoked salt and spiced roasted pumpkin seeds) and Asia Luna (body products and giant bubble kits). We’ve also welcomed les collines twice, with her succulent jellies and preserves.
Now, we are thrilled to add 2 more vendors, completing all of the dates and making for a full dance card. (For the specific dates of the vendors in this shared spot, see the bottom of this post):
Tiny Hearts Farm: Jenny and Luke created this specialty cut flower farm in Copake’s Agricultural Center in early 2014.
