Fruits, Vegetables and Flowers

Common Hands Farm – organic vegetables, husk cherries, strawberries, eggs, dressings, pickled vegetables, herbed salts. Pickup location for their CSA.

Earthborn Garden – organically-grown vegetables; jams, jellies, maple syrup, hemp products, salves.

Hawk Dance Farm – organically-grown vegetables and herbs; cut flowers; beeswax candles, jams, and vegetable plants.

Hickory Creek Farm – fruit & produce, eggs.

Honey Dog Farm – organically-grown vegetables, sunflowers; honey.

Markristo Farm – certified organic vegetables, cut flowers, bedding plants.

Tivoli Mushrooms – mushrooms (blue Oysters, chestnut, lionsmane, pioppino and medicinal mushrooms like cordyceps and reishi). Foraged wild mushrooms (porcini, morels, chicken of the woods). Fresh fruit.

Vine Gate Lavender Floral Farm – potted lavender plants, all natural lavender products, cut flowers and herbs.

 

 


Meat, Poultry & Seafood

Graylight Farm – pastured pork and lamb; grilled breakfast sandwiches, hot dogs.

Herondale Farm – pasture raised poultry, chicken sausage, chicken liver pate, chicken broth.

Sharing a booth with Zebyums (see Speciality Food section).

Jacüterie – salami, fresh sausage, specialty bacon.

Point of View Farm (Finnsheep) – lamb, yarn, sheepskins, wool socks.

Pym Farm – Local, pastured Red Devon beef (steaks, braising cuts and ground beef), 100% grass-fed.

Coleman’s Catch Seafood – fresh fish, prepared food items (shrimp cocktail, chowder, salmon cakes).

 

 


Baked Goods

Berkshire Mountain Bakery – breads, croissants, pizza crusts, ciabatta rolls, and apple cakes.

Crumble + Melt Delivered – homemade cookies and chocolates made with high quality ingredients, in “grown up” flavors. Includes vegan and GF options. (limited dates)

DoughCo Bagels – handmade, hand-milled, malted bagels in all varieties. Cream cheese available in tubs or for serving on a bagel.

Great Cape Baking Company – hand-cut cider donuts made on site, assorted cakes, filled and ring donuts, baked goods, nut brittles, English muffins, and sweet and savory pies. Pre order available.

Lightforce Bakery – ancient grain bread, cookies, biscotti, scones, apple sauce, jams and jellies.

Wooden Spoon Chef – baked goods including brownies, cake slices, hand pies, scones, cinnamon rolls, and sticky buns.

 

 


Alcoholic Beverages

Coopers Daughter Spirits at Olde York Farm – Bourbon, liqueurs, vodka, whiskey, amaro digestivo.

Little Apple Farm & Cidery – varieties of hard cider in bottles, and fresh apple cider.  Visit their Orchard Bar for tastings and special events.

Old Klaverack Brewery & Hop Farm – varieties of craft beers.

Tenmile Distillery – small batch spirits are prepared, fermented, and distilled on-site using only the finest (and 99% local NY) ingredients. (limited dates)
