For those who have not already heard, our dear Bill Seymour passed away in his sleep on Thursday night.
Many of you remember Bill, going back years as a fixture of the community — the honey guy. People would run into you in Town and ask, hey, where does the honey guy live, I’m all out! Bill and his then wife Helen vended at the previous Hillsdale market, the Sheffield market, this merged Copake Hillsdale market, and perhaps others.
They would be astonished every market by how much demand there was for honey, and they were very glad to see new and repeat customers.
