You’ve all enjoyed the goat cheese, pate, frozen meals and other goodies from Cheval over the years. Now, they are hugely expanding their offerings with made-to-order foods on the spot!
For example, this is what is in the works for this weekend, May 29th:
BREAKFAST
- Local yogurt with berries, homemade granola & honey
- Breakfast burrito with chorizo, eggs and home fries.
- Egg & cheese tacos also with bacon or chorizo
- Pancakes with homemade strawberry Rhubarb compote
LUNCH
- Classic burger with lettuce, tomato, and cheese
- Bánh Mi Korean sandwich with our homemade Pate, pickled veggies, cilantro and a avocado cream
- Grilled chicken Greek salad
- Homemade Tuna salad sandwich with veggies
- Pulled pork sandwich with barbecue sauce and homemade slaw
- Mac salad or potato salad a available as a side
All sandwiches served on locally made bread.
