The Copake Hillsdale Farmers Market is a not-for-profit run by a small steering committee composed of dedicated volunteers. They give many hours of their time to make sure that our market is the best it can be. The market relies on vendor fees, business sponsors, and donations. We ask you to consider partnering with us as a sponsor or volunteer.
100% of the money received through sponsorships and donations goes to the operation of the market, a matching program for SNAP that extends the buying power of our lower income customers, and our Bates-Stewart scholarship which is awarded to a local student entering an agricultural field. Once the restrictions from the pandemic are lifted and operation can return to normal, we will also add back our live music, educational programs and demos, which all also require funding.

Our sponsorship program for 2020 is based on four tiers:
In return for a sponsorship of $50-$199, we will put your business name on a special sponsor board that will be on display at every market. You may leave business cards at the manager’s table. Your business will be included in the sponsor list on our weekly market newsletter and on our website.
In return for a sponsorship of $200-$499, your business will receive all of the Seed Planter benefits PLUS one individual custom blast on social media, a free market tote with our logo, and the ability to leave business literature/pamphlets at the Market Manager’s table.
In return for a sponsorship of $500-$999, your business will receive all of the previous levels’ benefits PLUS two individual custom blasts on social media, two of our popular market totes with our logo, AND a pair of Falcon Ridge tickets that include our tasting event (valued at $300).
In return for a sponsorship of $1000 or more, your business will receive all of the previous levels’ benefits PLUS the option of providing an A-frame sign that will be prominently displayed at each market. (This sign would need approval by the steering committee and must follow our guidelines.) You would also receive recurring thank-yous in our newsletter and a possible market appearance.
