Our products are sustainably grown, pressed, and bottled on family owned estates. We specialize in olive oil from Liguria and balsamic from Modena.

This spring we were fortunate to spend three weeks in Italy visiting our partners, spending time on the orchards.
We criss-crossed four regions all through the lens of grown, produced, cooked, and made in Italy food. We traveled from Limido Comasco to Cinque Terre/Levanto, from San Remo to Imperia, from Monte Contini to Bologna, from Modena to Parma, and finally to the beautiful Como Lake Region. And now we are bringing back tremendous energy to the Hudson Valley and to the exciting farmers market season.
The olives and grapes are grown in Italy, specifically in the regions of Liguria, Modena, and Tuscany.
Walking through the terraced olive orchards in Imperia and savoring the deep flavors of barrel-aged balsamic vinegar in Modena, we grasped the significance of Italian IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta) and DOP (Denominazione di Origine Protetta) certifications.
The IGP and DOP marks ensure the quality and authenticity of Italian food products, preserving their heritage and excellence… similar to the Hudson Valley’s organic farming standards, biodynamic practices, and agricultural heritage. We are proud to sell olive oil and balsamic that meet these standards.
