The growing season may not be here yet, but the planning is in full effect. Farmers are ordering seeds and laying out their crop plans, food producers are testing new recipes and lining up suppliers, and we at Copake Hillsdale Farmers Market are busy getting our own ducks in a row, too.
Our 2019 season will run from Memorial Day to Halloween, or May 25 to October 26. The monthly Artisan Crafter & Specialty Food days remain on the last Saturday of each month, beginning with June.
The application packages for regular vendors as well as artisan crafters and specialty food are ready now for submission. The forms are all available for downloading HERE.
